Politique de remboursement

Tina Toner will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your products.  All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of delivery, Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Tina Toner Skin Care will not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced product damage, upon delivery

we reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
